Three $10,000 Scholarships Awarded Annually
Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:

50% Serbian descent
-
Baptized member of the Eastern Orthodox Church
-
An upperclassmen (i.e. candidate for Junior or Senior status)
-
Enrolled in an accredited institution of higher learning
-
A Math, Engineering, Pre-Med, Science, or Education major (except Physical Education)

All applicants are welcome, but preference will be given to applicants living in Minnesota, in particular, the Chisolm area

Must be under age 30 at the time of application
-
Minimum 3.0 college GPA

Must be a U.S. citizen by birth or naturalization

Must be a member of the SNF
Submit the following with your application:

High school (including SAT and/or ACT scores if available) and college transcript.

Proof of college registration

Letter from the Serbian Orthodox Church stating that the family belongs to the Church and the student was baptized Eastern Orthodox

Passport- or wallet-sized photograph
-
500-word essay on “How My Serbian Heritage Will Guide My Future”
